Company health insurance + pension scheme
We offer an additional company health insurance for an even better healthcare. This includes subsidies for glasses / contact lenses, preferential treatment during hospitalization, and much more. In addition, private pension insurance ensures a somewhat more carefree future for our employees.
Payment of daycare and kindergarten fees
The next generation is our future – we are committed to this. For this reason, we pay the daycare and kindergarten fees of up to 250€ per child for the children of our employees. Flexitime without core working hours
Our goal is the most flexible working arrangements possible. At the same time, we want to take into account the personal demands and needs of our employees. Overtime is to be reduced to a minimum.
All members of the ViscoTec team are also members of the gym – completely free of charge. The studio’s complete range of services, from the equipment to the courses offered and the salt grotto, can be used. Other sporting ventures are also supported and joint sporting activities are encouraged. This not only promotes health, but also team spirit.
