More than two decades of technological influence \u2013 continuity in corporate management<\/span><\/h3>\n

After exactly 23 years with the company, Technical Managing Director Martin Stadler is leaving ViscoTec. Overall responsibility will be assumed with immediate effect by the previous Commercial Managing Director, Franz Kamhuber, who thus stands for continuity and stability in the management of the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

The outgoing technical director Martin Stadler joined the then fledgling company in the early 2000s as its 21st employee. Since then, ViscoTec has developed into a global specialist in dosing technology. Today, the company employs more than 350 people and its turnover has increased more than tenfold during this period.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSuch development is the result of people with courage, vision, and enthusiasm for their work,\u201d Martin Stadler reflects. He has had a decisive influence on the technical orientation of ViscoTec \u2013 from the continuous expansion of the product portfolio and the development of innovative degassing systems to the ongoing optimization of complex dispensing processes. \u201cI am grateful to have witnessed and helped shape this development. The credit goes to everyone who contributed to it,\u201d Stadler continues.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognition for technical expertise and leadership style<\/span><\/h4>\n

During the internal farewell ceremony, Commercial Director Franz Kamhuber paid special tribute to the exceptional technical expertise and profound understanding of process engineering demonstrated by his long-standing colleague Martin Stadler. For many years, the technical managing director was a central point of contact for technical questions \u2013 from product development and the design of complete plants to the analysis of running systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

His clear, direct communication and consistent cost awareness also had a lasting impact on the company. One of his most important guiding principles was to always make decisions with a view to achieving a balanced cost-benefit ratio.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kamhuber also emphasized his colleague’s down-to-earth attitude: despite strong growth and international success, Martin Stadler has always remained approachable and has placed great value on open doors, professional exchange, and collaborative work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Farewell to ViscoTec \u2013 focus on private projects<\/span><\/h4>\n

Martin Stadler is starting a new chapter in his life with his departure from the company. In the future, he will devote himself to private projects that he has had little time for in recent years, while also focusing more on, above all, his family and personal interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clear prospects for the future<\/span><\/h4>\n

By handing over overall responsibility to the previous commercial managing director, Franz Kamhuber, ViscoTec is deliberately focusing on continuity and the consistent continuation of its strategic orientation. Kamhuber expressed his gratitude for the trusting and successful cooperation and emphasized how much the company had benefited from his colleague’s technical expertise and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, ViscoTec is strengthening its management structure: with the departure of the technical managing director, the two division managers Josef Donislreiter and Florian Wagner have been granted individual power of attorney. Together with the commercial managing director, they will form the management board in the future and steer the fortunes of the company in close coordination. ViscoTec is thus focusing on a clear distribution of tasks, short decision-making paths, and close integration of commercial and operational responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Excerpt from the farewell interview with Martin Stadler:<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/u><\/h4>\n

How did you come to ViscoTec \u2013 and what convinced you?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cAfter completing my mechanical engineering studies, there were few suitable jobs available in the early 2000s. At that time, ViscoTec was still a small, unknown company \u2013 but modern, open, and full of potential. That appealed to me immediately.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Which developments or projects have had a particular impact on you?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cOver the years, we have built up a broad portfolio for the precise dosing of demanding materials. I am particularly proud of our degassing systems, which enable reliable automation in many applications.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Is there a project that you particularly like to remember?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cThere are many. My first major project was a dosing system for a German car manufacturer \u2013 it was fascinating to see how vehicles are produced. Another memorable project was a system for the aseptic filling of pet food in England. It was extremely challenging from a technical point of view, but ultimately a great success.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

What values were important to you as technical director?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cOpenness, directness, and the courage to question things critically. It was always important to me that employees spoke their minds and that we found the best solution together. And one principle always applies in our business: you can’t turn off physics.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

What will you miss the most?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cQuite clearly: my colleagues. The daily exchanges, the shared laughter, and the commitment when it matters.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

What advice would you give to the management team?<\/span><\/b>
\u201cStay authentic, trust your gut feeling, and keep enjoying your work.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
