Nuestros sistemas de vaciado no son adecuados para barriles abombados de pl\u00e1stico; para estos son m\u00e1s adecuadas las bombas de barril convencionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Funcionamiento de los sistemas de vaciado con plato seguidor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El coraz\u00f3n de nuestros sistemas es una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.viscotec.com\/mx\/tecnologia\/principio-de-piston-sin-fin\/\"><strong>bomba de cavidad progresiva<\/strong><\/a> dispuesta verticalmente. Transporta el material <strong>suavemente, con estabilidad de presi\u00f3n y de forma muy uniforme<\/strong> desde el recipiente. Funciona como un pist\u00f3n sin fin, transportando el producto desde el lado de succi\u00f3n al de descarga. Otros componentes son el plato seguidor con labio flexible de limpieza y la unidad de operaci\u00f3n. La bomba est\u00e1 montada directamente sobre el plato seguidor: ambos descienden juntos y el labio de limpieza sella el recipiente.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo de la versi\u00f3n y el tama\u00f1o, todo el sistema se aloja en un bastidor base con rampa para carga de barriles. Los recipientes grandes, como barriles de 200 l, se colocan f\u00e1cilmente bajo el sistema directamente en el suelo de producci\u00f3n o, junto con un pallet, bajo el ViscoMT\u2011XL.<\/p>\n<p>Para iniciar el proceso, el plato seguidor se baja hasta el recipiente hasta apoyarse sobre la superficie del producto. El dispositivo de descenso empuja la bomba y el plato seguidor sobre el material, generando una ligera sobrepresi\u00f3n en el contenedor, lo que facilita la extracci\u00f3n mediante la bomba, que tambi\u00e9n genera cierto efecto de succi\u00f3n. A medida que avanza el vaciado, el plato seguidor desciende casi <strong>sin presi\u00f3n y con un manejo suave del producto<\/strong> gracias a nuestra tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el proceso, el labio de limpieza sella la pared interna del recipiente y elimina posibles restos de producto. Incluso muescas, abolladuras o pliegues del barril pueden compensarse en cierta medida. Al final del proceso, el plato seguidor se apoya en el fondo del recipiente, logrando <strong>grados de vaciado superiores al 99 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sensores detectan cuando el plato ha llegado al fondo. El proceso se interrumpe entonces. Se abre una v\u00e1lvula de ventilaci\u00f3n en el plato seguidor y el elevador neum\u00e1tico retira la bomba con el plato del recipiente. En caso de vaciado parcial o interrupci\u00f3n, todo el sistema permanece en el recipiente y act\u00faa como cierre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>ViscoMT para dos gamas de productos: Industrial y Hygienic Design<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ofrecemos los sistemas de vaciado en dos l\u00edneas: Industrial y Hygienic Design. Para la l\u00ednea Industrial est\u00e1n disponibles las versiones vipro\u2011FEED M plus, ViscoMT\u2011D, \u2011XS y \u2011XL. Para la l\u00ednea Hygienic est\u00e1n las versiones ViscoMT\u2011XS y ViscoMT\u2011XM. Casi todas las versiones son m\u00f3viles; solo las versiones D y XL de la gama Industrial son adecuadas para funcionamiento estacionario debido a su peso o estructura.<\/p>\n<p>Las versiones se diferencian, por un lado, en su caudal m\u00e1ximo. Si es necesario, los dise\u00f1os tambi\u00e9n se pueden personalizar.
